About my teaching
Yoga deepens our understanding of what it is to be human, providing tools to live wholeheartedly, find balance, experience meaningful connection with others, and navigate change with integrity.
Using yoga philosophy and practice I support individuals in refining, embodying, and living by their values. I advocate prioritising well-being, leading with compassion, and developing self-awareness as well as an understanding of one's impact on others and the world.
Sessions are a fusion of form and flow, creatively weaving together asana (physical poses), mantra (chant), mudra (energetic gestures), breathwork, meditation, contemplation, storytelling, and ritual.
I teach a mix of Rasa and Anusara yoga which are similar to a vinyasa (flow) practice. Both of these styles of yoga offer teachings from theTantric Lineage of Yoga and helps us explore what it means to live from the heart in the truest essence of self.
My training includes 200hr Anusara based YTT, 300hr Rasa YTT, 40hr Seat of the Teacher CPD, Transitions Psychotherapeutic Counselling Workshop CPD, Mantra Workshop CPD and a Diploma in Jungian Studies.
